WHOOPS! Non-Fat Food?
It’s kinda strange and un-nerving when we hear or read something that sounds counter intuitive to our perceived knowledge. These were my thoughts almost five years ago when I became a Certified Metabolic Balance® Coach. Metabolic Balance® was the innovative program from Europe that changed my life and my relationship with food. Simply stated this program taught me weight management the natural way!
As I learned the science of food engineering and took action to change the foods I ate I discovered the program was not a diet yet I lost weight. This happened because my body was smarter than the knowledge I had been fed during the many years of yoyo dieting.
