Lets keep it simple! Ninety percent of the time it boils down to one of the following two reasons.
- You have an extra 20# or more and you hate the way you look and feel
- Your doctor is suggesting you lose (meaning “burn) excess fat for health reasons
How to burn fat?
Where do I start is next on your mind. Again, lets keep it simple! This is not about climbing Mr. Everest — although you might initially have this thought. Keep your focus on these two actions:
- Control your blood sugar levels
- Follow the eight rules designed for burning fat
What are the benefits of burning fat?
Simply stated: “We get to write a different ending to our story.” You see, when we deny our poor health and unhappiness (ie: our current “story”) we are defined by it. However, at the end of the day we have choice — either we truly want a different story or we lack the courage to change.
Deciding on the side of courage you are strong and choose to burn fat for life. That is the first step. The rest is easy and your story really does have an exceptional ending.
