Holistic health is achieved by working with the mind and body to eliminate those old patterns and emotions. Once the old habits have been identified we work together to develop new ways to deal with emotions and reduce the stress on your body. These patterns accumulate over time, and like a software virus on your computer, they can slow you down or bring you to a standstill as you attempt to create changes in your life. Now there are new techniques and technologies which provide alternative ways to help you overcome the past and move forward to create the life you want—and the good news is this can often happen quickly and easily!

In my practice I work with the whole person—physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual because true healing encompasses all of these aspects. In my 20 years as a psychotherapist and coach, I’ve seen what works and what doesn’t. In the words of Eckhart Tolle: “The body then becomes a doorway, so to speak, into a deeper sense of aliveness underneath the fluctuating emotions and underneath your thinking. There is an aliveness in you that you can feel with your entire Being, not just in your head.”
The reason is that your body is much more than what you see in the mirror. It holds old memories, feelings, and traumas as energetic patterns of conditioning deep in your tissues—even when you are not consciously aware of them. In fact, every emotion has a physical response within the body. When unresolved emotional conflicts leave a trail of physical tension stress and pain. Eckhart Tolle describes this as our “pain body.” Clearing the mind of old limiting memories and beliefs is only part of the work. To be truly free, these must be released from your body too. When you learn to identify where the energy of the barriers is stored and feel if fully, it simply fades away. The result is that you experience an almost immediate shift into a lighter freer way of being.
